JB-Race Engineering ECU

The missing puzzle piece for maximum performance of your fuel-injected dirt bike

The JB-Race Engineering ECU was specifically developed for the current KTM, Husqvarna, and GASGAS TBI models. It is a fully plug-and-play motorsport ECU for riders who want more than just a standard map.

Developed on the dyno, validated in tough off-road use, and already successfully deployed in racing – including podium finishes in the ADAC Junior Cup and strong results in the FIM Junior World Championship.

This ECU is not a simple upgrade. It is the foundation for precise tuning, reproducible performance, and maximum engine control.


Developed for maximum control

The JB-Race Engineering ECU completely replaces the standard control unit and operates directly on the original wiring harness. No modifications, no cable clutter, no compromises.

Thanks to our specially developed strategy for the TBI two-stroke engine, the engine condition is captured significantly more precisely than with classic standard approaches. Especially the self-developed volumetric efficiency algorithm based on crankcase pressure enables finer load determination and thus a significantly more controlled injection and ignition strategy.

Optional Lambda & EGT Module

For even deeper analysis and more precise tuning, a separately available JB-Race Engineering Sensor Module is available.

This module allows the evaluation of:

  • Bosch LSU 4.9 Wideband Lambda
  • Type-K Thermocouple for Exhaust Gas Temperature
  • CAN communication to the ECU
  • Extended logging and analysis functions

This keeps the ECU itself compact and robust, while lambda and EGT functions can be added modularly.
